My mom went with my son . She need special service because she can’t walk much and my son just 2.5 years old , so they let’s my son walk all the way long then he was tired ,can’t walk any more but they keep going let him walk .

No one help him . And then my mom have to carry him with her hurt leg . The helper from airline just walk alone with the wheelchair and my mom hand bag. And he walk very fast , so my mom can ‘t able to catch up .

Very bad service . Because I saw the Eva air show up that special service such as wheelchair for kids ,so that why I bought ticket for my son go with my mom . When departure time came up then they said no service for my son , so what I do ? Eva didn’t care for customer .

Even little baby . Only this time never come back .
