I have just returned from Thailand and I use an iPhone

The port on the back of the seat did not fit my iPhone usb

On asking the staff if they knew the size of the usb needed for future journeys they did not know !

On looking at the in flight sales mag there was a a multi usb connector I asked if one of the connectors would suit and they all agree none would fit I said I would buy the multi connector anyway only to be told they did not stock itI spent the journey to London Heathrow totally bored and I am thinking that when I return to my farm in October I do not think I will be flying Eva.

If there is anyone out there who has the info I need please contact me.

Hi EVA air customer service department,

My name is Junmei Yan, I have a round trip from San Francisco to Shanghai (one stop on Taipei) through EVA airline from Oct. 2, 2023 and return Nov.7 2023 to San Francisco.

My booking number is 3ZVW4R. When I return back to San Francisco Airport on Nov. 7 2023, I found that one of my check-in luggage was damaged. I tried many times to call your office, but your phone auto answer always ask to call back later.

I tried to email you, but Yahoo emaill service returned my email, reason is can not deliver. Finally I found this contact from google search. Would you please let me know how can I report and get this issue to be resolved.

Preferred solution: I would like to get my damaged check-in luggage cost refund, because the broken luggage wheel can't move now. It is a now purchased luggage on 9-12-2023.Pro

User's recommendation: Check your check-in luggage when you get your luggage in airport. When I got my check-in luggages, one of my luggage wheel locker was broken. Now the broken wheel locker locked the wheel and the wheel can't move. It is a new purchase luggage that I just bought on 9-12-2023

I filed a complaint regarding my experience of unexpected reseating on Flight BR026 but haven't received any positive response from you. Ref: ECSR/TPEWS/2300****

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my recent flight, BR026, from Taipei (Taoyuan) to Seattle, Washington, on November 8th.

Having booked and paid $USD 50 to reserve seat 42H for the extended journey, I was taken aback upon boarding to discover that the seat had already been occupied by another passenger.

Upon cross-referencing my boarding pass, I was shocked to find that I had been reassigned to seat 48K without any prior notification or agreement on my part.

This unexpected reseating is not in line with the agreement I made when purchasing the 42H seat for the specified fee. It appears that EVA Airways did not honor the contract of sale and purchase, leading to a disruption in the travel experience I had anticipated.

I kindly request EVA Airways to provide a reasonable explanation for this discrepancy and, if applicable, offer compensation for the inconvenience caused. I believe it is crucial for customers to be seated in the assigned seats they have paid for, and I trust that EVA Airways will address this matter promptly and effectively.

I will never buy tickets from this company again. You have stole my money. Terrible phone support. Email won’t allow me to change flights. The voicemail is extremely poor. It says press 1,2 or 3 and then bounces me off the site. This is horrible.

I am trying to change my flight and leave Phnom Penh on 18 February 2014 instead of 25 February 2024. I am so frustrated. The phone contact number menu for customer support is very difficult to understand. The system bounces me out.

I paid for the assigned seat. However the returning seat was mistakenly not assigned by the agent to supposed seat.

I paid for the assigned seat, I purchased premium economy ticket. I called to get an assigned seat for first row of the premium seats because of my surgery knees needed having a legroom. The agent did assigned seat for the going out of the trip but not the seat for coming back. I called them and tried to contact them but theres no body answer my call.

I called EVA toll free number today. The automatic message said their line are busy and call back later and then hang up automatically. What kind of customer service is this? no email, no chat, phone number does not work? They should fire the EVA CEO.

Im trying to change my flightTo change flight.

The agent was very helpful. That helped me with my confirm flight. Do not know that I was on Stan by. I'm glad I'll call today to see what time my flight leave from Bangkok any. Tell me that I owe $89 for taxes. Did not know that what he helped me out I appreciate that. I forgot the agent named, but he did a good job.

It's been more than a week, no email response follow up. I have emailed to a different department again.

Still nothing. Please don't buy from Eva EVER again everyone.

Hi,
I have purchase ticket on Dec 2, but I found price has dropped within 24 hours by $200 on the same flights and I wanted to some advice how to reissue the ticket without penalty, but customer services or the local office lines are always busy and unable to take my call for 2 days. Even drop calls without answering.
Finally, I got CS call answered today 12/5 but CS said it past the 24 hours time for changes and I have to pay $250 for ticket changes.

I told them I tried to call but no one answer for 2 days which is not my problem. They said it is their answering system problem, but they still refuse to fix my ticket problem without penalty.
I am so disappointed with EVA...It is not fair to customer if we are unable to get CS answer the call to help and suffer from penalty or fee to update our flight ticket.


I hope to hear from the management group soon to promptly resolve my problem.

The seat cushion is too hard.

I had back pain. I bought a business class to be comfortable but ended up with more back pain when I get off the plane. I will not fly with EVA again unless the seats are changed. I really liked the seats on Emerits airplane.
